HEC Uniform Semester System fractionalized grading (§13.1) on a 4.0 GPA scale with official percentage bands.
HEC’s Uniform Semester System policy (§13.1) lists fractional grade points and percentage bands — A at 85%+, B at 71–74%, D+ at 54–57%, D at 50–53%, F below 50%. CGPA-to-percentage uses the minimum % of your band (e.g. 3.00 CGPA → 71%), not a single ×25 rule.
